 Items of Wellhead Equipment 

Wellhead equipment, consisting of casing head, tubing head, casing hanger and Christmas tree, mainly are used to control the pressure of the wellhead and the volume of the oil or gas.
  •  Casing Head: a part for connection between the casing pipe and the equipment.

  •  Tubing head: to support the gravity of the intermediate casing and oil-string casing; to seal the annular space between the layers of casing; to provide connection from tubing head to Christmas tree or other parts of wellhead equipment.
  •  Casing hanger: a component of tubing head
  •  Christmas tree: is installed on top of the wellhead. It can effectively control and adjust the output of the oil and gas.

Oil Extraction Wellhead
Wellhead equipment and Christmas tree are essential for oil and gas exploitation, compassed of casing head, tubing head and Christmas tree, used to connect casing string and tubing string, and seal the annular spaces between all casing at all layers and between pipelines.

Gas Extraction Wellhead
It can be used not only to control wellhead pressure and adjust oil/gas wellhead flow, but also for special operations, such as acid fracturing, water injection and testing, etc.

Fracturing Wellhead
Fracturing tree us designed and manufactured un accordance with API 6A specification. The material complies with requirements of NACE MR0175. Full forging steel fracturing head and high pressure union connection can meet the requirements of on – site fracturing equipment connection.

Christmas Tree
Wellhead & X-mas tree are important oil and gas exploration equipment, composed by casing head, tubing head, oil(gas) production tree. The main function is to connect casing string, tubing string and seal the annular space between the casing and tubing, and control the wellbore pressure and oil (gas) flow of production well, and it can also be used for fracturing, water injection, testing, and other special operation.

Casing Head
Casing head assembly consists of casing head, casing hanger, by pass valve and other accessories parts. It can meet the requirement of sealing of annular space between casing hanger and casing, and can meet the requirement of casing supporting as well;  it can resist to the corrosion of all kinds of medium.

Tubing Hanger
Tubing hanger is designed with 45° shoulder and straight seat, with good load bearing capacity. Studded flange the side outlet is studded flange type with CR thread, which is convenient for valve changing operation. 

Casing Hanger
Casing hangers can be sorted into thread (mandrel) type and slip type. Slip casing hanger includes G type, W type, WD type, WE type and etc.
